The Bald Kid in Arale's Class is an unnamed classmate of Arale Norimaki.
Akira Toriyama never bothered naming this character and was randomly voted for the coolest character category in the "I'm Number One!" Contest held in Dr. Slump volume 8", he put it on a small list of the categories dumbest entries.
