Turbo Norimaki is now a child and no longer a baby anymore and Nitro who only briefly appeared in a future visit during the older series chapter Future Love is born at this point and a new main member of the Norimaki household. Kinoko Sarada is also grown a little bit and has a little sister named Retasu. A new family, the Karte, move into Penguin Village as well.
