Vegeta (ベジータ) is a prince to the alien race known as the Saiyans and rival to Son Goku in the Dragon Ball series.

Dragon Ball series[]
Vegeta was introduced as an antagonist attempting to destroy Earth in the Saiyan Saga of Dragon Ball where he met his fellow Saiyan survivor and life long rival Son Goku and lost in their battle. He later switched sides sides during the battle against Freeza's forces and has remained on Earth as part of Goku's team marrying Bulma, having a son named Trunks and helping to defend the Earth against the threats of Cell, Bojack and Kid Buu.
In episode 69 of Dragon Ball Super, Arale Norimaki and Gatchan crash a science award ceremony and Vegeta fights to stop. Arale easily defeats him in a similar fashion to how she defeated General Blue in the past.

N-cha! Love Comes From Penguin Village[]
In the movie Dr. Slump and Arale-chan: N-cha! Love Comes From Penguin Village, a toy of Super Saiyan Vegeta is seen on a dashboard of an airplane next to a toy of Son Gohan and Cell.
Dr. Slump remake[]
Vegeta makes a cameo appearance in the Dr. Slump remake, on a video game Arale Norimaki and Akane Kimidori are seen playing. In the game, he is played by Arale and fights against Goku, who is being played by Akane. Vegeta loses the fight.
