Taopaipai, also called Mercenary Tao, is a highly skilled assassin.
Biography[]
In the Dragon Ball series, he was hired by the Red Ribbon Army to defeat Goku, but was defeated since Goku got training from Korin. In the alternate retelling film, Dragon Ball: Mystical Adventure, Tao chases Goku into Penguin Village where he is defeated with the help of Arale Norimaki and the Gatchans.
