Franken is a follower of Trampire. He is first seen in the chapter "Monsters' Night" and the Dr. Slump and Arale-chan episode "Fear the Monster's Night"

Franken is monster who is similar in appearance to Frankenstein's monster, who can transform into a wolfman. Franken is seen among the residents of Penguin Village running after Arale Norimaki and Gatchan in "Penguin Village Dom-Dom-Dom!"
