Nekotoraman is the Penguin Village counterpart of the television superhero Ultraman.
History[]
The Birth of Arale[]

Nekotoraman bringing the sun up
At the beginning of Arale-chan's Birth, the anime adaptation of The Birth of Arale!, he uses a fishing pole to bring the Sun up.
His first appearance in the manga is in Here Comes Arale as part of the movie "Nekotoraman vs. Nekotora-7" where he fights against Nekotora-7. Senbei Norimaki and Aoi Kimidori see this movie at the Penguin Village Movie Theater and he is seen in the movie watching Nekotora-7 get hit by a kid that Senbei throws at the screen.
Arale on the Loose[]

Nekotoraman appears in the chapter "Arale Flies the Skies!", on the roof of the Norimaki Residence with Nekotora-7, Oinkety Oink, and other minor characters. He is seen in the crowd in "Barber Shop Panic: Part 2",
Earth S.O.S.![]

on the roof of the Norimaki Residence again with Nekotora-7 in "Arale's Big Change", and among Arale's classmates in "Citizen Arale".
Monsters' Night[]

Nekotoraman has a brief appearance along with a character who looks similar to him, but with two additional horns, in "The Great Arale-Eye Caper: Part 2".
My Toilet Paper[]

Nekotoraman is seen with a character who looks like Nekotora-7, following Arale among the other Penguin Village residents in "Penguin Village Dom-Dom-Dom!"
Penguin Grand Prix[]
