Super Saiyan Goku in N-cha! Love Comes From Penguin Village
Super Saiyan (超サイヤ人, Sūpā Saiya-jin) is an advanced transformation used by extraordinarily powerful members of the Saiyan race in the Dragon Ball series.

Dragon Ball Z[]
The concept of the Super Saiyan was first succeeded by Son Goku. Later, it was shown that the Trunks from an alternate timeline was able to reach it, and Vegeta reaches the form as well through lots of training. Son Gohan reached the form during training with Goku. During his battle with Cell, Gohan also reached a second transformation known as Super Saiyan 2. During Goku's battle with Majin Buu, Goku shows the Super Saiyan 3 transformation. In the anime-only sequel known as Dragon Ball GT, a forth Super Saiyan stage known as a Super Saiyan 4 is shown to exist.
Dragon Ball Super[]
In Dragon Ball Super, another version of the transformation is revealed called Super Saiyan God which requires 5 righteous Saiyans (either pure or partial Saiyans) to transfer their power into a Sixth Saiyan who will attain the form after it is successfully completed. Goku achieves it when Vegeta, Gohan, Goten, Trunks, and Videl pregnant with Pan transfer their power to him. In this form a Saiyan gains access to Godly ki (a form of ki possessed by the gods). Additionally once a Saiyan has mastered the ability to use Godly ki they can transform further in their Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan (or Super Saiyan Blue) form. Goku uses his Super Saiyan Blue form to fight against Arale in the Dragon Ball Super/Dr. Slump crossover episode "Goku vs. Arale! An Off-the-Wall Battle Spells the End of the Earth?" while she is under the effects of Dr. Mashirito's drug Playtine-X.

Suppaman as a Super Saiyan
As a gag in the movie Dr. Slump and Arale-chan: Hoyoyo!! Follow the Rescued Shark..., Suppaman transforms into a Super Saiyan to stop a runaway ferris wheel, but fails and gets squashed by it.
A Super Saiyan Vegeta toy
Goku is seen as a Super Saiyan in Dr. Slump and Arale-chan: N-cha! Love Comes From Penguin Village fighting Bojack. Also, a Super Saiyan Vegeta is seen in the movie along with a Teen Gohan toy.
