Penguin Grand Prix is the eighth volume of the Dr. Slump manga series written by Akira Toriyama. It was released on August 10, 1982 in Japan and in July 5, 2006 for the English version. Set in 1982, this volume most notably deals with the first Penguin Gran Prix arc and Arale's battle against Caramel Man 003.
